How do I track my order?
To track your order, login and click the Order Status Link. Enter your order number and click Go. Order status will be displayed.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department for further information.

Do you accept international orders?
International Orders cannot be made through the website. You may contact our sales department to arrange international orders.

How do I create an account?
To create an account, Click on the Sign up link and fill out the registration page. Your account will be created automatically with your email address as your user id and your choice of password.

How do I edit my account information?
To edit your account information, login and then click the Account Info link.

I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot password link. Enter the e-mail address you use for your user id, and the password will be e-mailed to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you wish to pay by check or COD, please call Customer Service
at 1-800-245-2133 to make arrangements. There is a $5.00 additional fee for COD orders.

Has my order shipped?
To track your order, login and click the Order Status Link. Enter your order number and click Go. Order status will be displayed.

How can I add a shipping address to my address list?
To add a shipping address, login, click Account Info, then click Add New Shipping Address.

Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want.

What is a default shipping address?
The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for a particular order.

Downloadable Items include e-books, e-documents, software, sound samples, music, etc

How much time does it take download?
The download time depends on your net connection speed and the number of users that are connected to our server at that particular instant of time.

What is shop by brand?
Shop by Brand is a feature for easy identification and shopping of a particular manufacturer. The user can switch the mode by clicking on Shop by Brands link on the page. By default the shop will display items by categories.

How can I get back to categories?
Click the Shop by Categories link.

How can I place an order without using my credit card?
Please call us at 800.245.2133 to discuss a payment option that meets your needs.

Can I place an order without registering my account?
We do require registration for online orders, and have made the process as quick and easy as possible. Once registered, future orders can be place with fewer steps, as your shipping and billing information will be automatically filled in after logging in. If you do not wish to register, you can place your order with our sales department by telephone.

Can I change the expiration date of a credit card in my list?
No. You need to contact us to update your Credit card expiration date and other details.

I already have an account with you. Do I need to register myself again on your web store?
No. If you already have an account with us but do not recall your username, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login name. After that, or if you have forgotten your password, go to http://shop.voicerecognition.com/acclogin.asp? and click on the button that says email my password.

Florida residents are charged the state sales tax.
